Honor Set Gear Guide: Kaku, Aoi, and Kaku-Aoi Fusion

How to get every Honor Set gear

All three Honor Set pieces come from Honor Crates, which are earned from the Awakened Gojo Raid. Each crate has a 5.3% chance for Kaku, a 2.6% chance for Aoi, and a 0.5% chance for Kaku-Aoi Fusion.

Fusion is the rarest result. Its 0.5% rate is roughly one success per 200 crates as a long-run statistical average, but it is not a pity counter or guarantee. You may receive it earlier or go far beyond 200 crates without one.

Randomized stats versus fixed ascension passives

Every Honor gear copy has two layers of value. Its regular stat rolls are randomized, so two copies of the same piece can perform differently. Its ascension passive is fixed, meaning every copy of that item reaches the same passive values at the same ascension level.

This is why the rarest piece is not automatically the strongest piece in your inventory. A well-rolled Kaku or Aoi can be more useful than a poorly rolled Fusion. Compare the entire card instead of judging only the fixed passive.

Kaku stats and when to use it

At its base ascension, Kaku grants 135% Critical Damage, 135% Attack, and 65 flat Attack through its fixed passive. At maximum ascension, those values double to 270% Critical Damage, 270% Attack, and 130 flat Attack.

Kaku has the highest drop rate of the set, making it the easiest Honor piece to obtain and ascend. A strong Kaku roll is an excellent early or intermediate choice while you farm the rarer pieces.

Aoi stats and when to use it

At base ascension, Aoi grants 165% Critical Damage, 165% Attack, and 80 flat Attack through its fixed passive. At maximum ascension, it reaches 330% Critical Damage, 330% Attack, and 160 flat Attack.

Aoi's fixed passive is stronger than Kaku's and it is still much easier to obtain than Fusion. If your Aoi has better randomized stats, it can remain your best Honor piece even after Fusion starts dropping.

Kaku-Aoi Fusion stats and final goal

Kaku-Aoi Fusion is the rarest Honor piece and has the strongest fixed passive. Its base ascension grants 200% Critical Damage, 200% Attack, and 100 flat Attack. At maximum ascension, it reaches 400% Critical Damage, 400% Attack, and 200 flat Attack.

Fusion is the long-term target, but its name alone does not make every copy better. Keep comparing randomized rolls. A Fusion with weak secondary stats can lose to an excellent Kaku or Aoi until you obtain a better copy.

How the one-piece Honor bonus works

Kaku, Aoi, and Kaku-Aoi Fusion all belong to the same Honor Set. Equipping one Honor piece activates the set's one-piece bonus: 15% Cursed Technique Amplification for Awakened Limitless.

You do not need to equip all three pieces. Use the single Honor item with the strongest overall roll, then use your remaining gear slots for strong pieces from other sets. The 15% amplification is specific to Awakened Limitless; other techniques can still benefit from the Honor piece's normal stats and fixed passive, but not this technique-specific set bonus.

Best randomized stats and comparison order

The most useful rolls for an offensive Honor piece are flat Attack, Attack%, Critical Damage, and Cooldown Reduction. Flat Attack is especially valuable, followed by percentage Attack and Critical Damage. Cooldown Reduction improves how often you can use the build's strongest moves.

When comparing two pieces, start with their randomized rolls, then include the fixed ascension passive and current ascension level. Do not replace a well-rolled maxed piece with a weak unascended Fusion just because Fusion has the highest theoretical ceiling.

Maximum ascension farming plan

To fully ascend one Honor piece, keep the main copy and collect four additional copies. Lock the strongest roll you want to build around, then use weaker duplicates for ascension so you do not accidentally consume the best copy.

At the base 0.5% Fusion rate, five Fusion copies represent roughly 1,000 Honor Crates on average. That is only a statistical estimate, not a guarantee. Max a strong Kaku or Aoi if it improves your build now, and continue farming Fusion without leaving your loadout underpowered.

Which Honor gear should you use?

Use the piece with the best combination of randomized stats, fixed passive, and ascension level. Kaku is the accessible starting point, Aoi is the stronger middle option, and Kaku-Aoi Fusion has the highest endgame ceiling.

For Awakened Limitless, equip one strong Honor piece to activate the set bonus. For another Cursed Technique, compare the Honor item's normal and passive stats against your technique-specific gear because the 15% Honor amplification will not apply.

Common mistakes

• Treating 200 crates as a guaranteed Fusion pity.
• Assuming every Fusion is automatically better than every Kaku or Aoi.
• Ignoring randomized stats when comparing copies.
• Equipping all three Honor pieces just to activate a one-piece bonus.
• Using the best roll as ascension material instead of locking it.
• Expecting the 15% set amplification to work with techniques other than Awakened Limitless.
• Waiting for Fusion while refusing to use or ascend a strong Kaku or Aoi.
