Who is responsible

Ashira RBX is an independently operated gaming guide service based in Ukraine. Ashira RBX is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@ashirarbx.com.

Information we collect

• When you use Ashi: your selected game, question, answer, sources, feedback, and time of use may be kept so inaccurate or unanswered questions can be reviewed.
• When Ashi shows the UgPhone recommendation: an owner-only audit copy of the selected game, question, answer, recommendation trigger, and time is saved so its placement can be checked. A separate, short-lived privacy-preserving identifier limits the recommendation to once per 12 hours for the same observed visitor. It is kept only in temporary frequency-limit storage and is not connected to the audit copy, question, answer, or any affiliate click. The audit copy does not include a visitor identifier, raw conversation history, or click data.
• When you send something: votes, code reports, guide-correction reports, source links, and optional details are stored so they can be moderated or answered. New guide requests and optional details remain private until Admin approval. Short-lived rate-limit counters use an opaque identifier and do not contain the raw connection address or submission text.
• When you use the site: anonymous totals such as page views, reading progress, searches, code copies, shares, and clicks help show which content is useful. Contact-like text is excluded from long-term search and issue summaries.
• For security: limited connection information is used to stop spam, enforce rate limits, and derive a privacy-preserving visitor identifier. A high-confidence unsafe Ashi request can permanently block that identifier. The block record contains only the identifier, violation category, attempt count, and timestamps; the raw IP address and rejected prompt are not stored in the content database.

Information saved on your device

Recent Ashi chat, selected game, guide checklist progress, and request-vote markers may be saved in your browser. Ashi keeps up to 20 recent messages on the device. When you ask a question, a limited recent same-game portion is sent with it so Ashi can understand follow-ups. This context is used for that answer and is not added as a separate server-side chat-history record. Use Clear chat or your browser settings to remove the browser copy.

Why information is used

Information is used to provide the feature you request, answer questions, prevent abuse, review reports, correct outdated content, verify that affiliate recommendations appear only with appropriate answers, and understand whether the site works well. Depending on the visitor and applicable law, these activities rely on providing the requested service, Ashira RBX’s legitimate interests in securely operating and improving the site, consent where it is required, or compliance with a legal obligation.

Service providers and international processing

Only providers needed to operate a requested feature receive the relevant information. Ashi sends your question, selected game, limited recent context, and relevant guide text to the OpenAI API. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default. Infrastructure providers support delivery and security. YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player connects to YouTube when you play an embedded video. These providers may process information in other countries under their own legal safeguards and contractual terms. Opening Roblox, YouTube, UgPhone, or another external source takes you to that provider and its own privacy policy.

Ashi connection recovery

Ashi can run requests in OpenAI’s background mode with long-term response storage disabled. OpenAI temporarily stores response data for roughly 10 minutes so Ashi can retrieve a result and its usage if a connection drops. This is separate from OpenAI’s other applicable security and data-retention policies. Ashira RBX keeps a private response reference and numeric usage receipt for recovery, without duplicating the question or answer in those accounting records. Successful recovery records are cleaned after settlement; settled accounting identifiers are retained for 30 days, and unresolved accounting records remain until reconciled.

How long information is kept

Ordinary Ashi review records are removed after 30 days. Owner-only UgPhone recommendation audit copies are also removed after 30 days. The separate UgPhone frequency-limit identifier expires after 12 hours and is deleted from temporary storage shortly afterward. Editorial-submission rate-limit counters expire after their one-hour or one-day window and are removed by the daily cleanup within a few days. Flagged or unresolved Ashi items may remain until reviewed. Safety block records remain until manually removed so the block continues to work. Reports and requests remain only as long as they are useful for moderation, corrections, or site planning. Anonymous aggregate totals may be kept longer to compare content performance.

Cookies, advertising, and affiliate links

Ashira RBX currently has no third-party advertising scripts, advertising profiles, or third-party analytics cookies. UgPhone recommendations in Ashi or selected guides are normal external affiliate links and do not load UgPhone content or tracking on Ashira RBX. When clicked, partner and invitation identifiers are sent to UgPhone so the visit can be attributed; UgPhone may then process the visit under its own privacy policy. Static guide recommendations do not create a separate visitor audit. Ashira RBX’s owner-only placement audit records when Ashi showed a recommendation, but it is not connected to whether the visitor clicked it. Browser storage supports features you choose to use, so the site does not show a blanket cookie or Terms popup. This policy and the consent experience will be updated before adding advertising or other nonessential tracking where consent is required.

Your choices and rights

You can avoid optional details, clear local Ashi chat, or remove saved site data through your browser. Depending on the law where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Email contact@ashirarbx.com. Ashira RBX will request only the information reasonably needed to locate the submission and verify the request.

Children and teenagers

Ashira RBX is a general-audience gaming guide site and is not directed to children under 13. The site does not ask for age and does not intentionally collect personal information from children. Do not put a real name, email, phone number, address, school, precise location, password, photo, or other identifying information into Ashi or a form.

Privacy is set high by default for all visitors: no account is required, submissions are private until reviewed, collection is limited, and there are no advertising profiles. If Ashira RBX learns that personal information was submitted by a child where parental consent is legally required, it will be deleted or handled only with the required consent. A parent or guardian can request deletion by emailing contact@ashirarbx.com.

Automated processing and security

Ashi uses AI to generate gaming answers, but it does not make decisions that create legal or similarly significant effects. Ashira RBX uses access controls, rate limits, moderation, and other reasonable measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
