Do it in this order
Runes: the base of the build
The strongest rune combination starts with Radiant Rune for twenty-eight percent luck and Fortune Rune for sixteen percent luck. Because both bonuses apply without changing how you play, they are the most reliable place to begin.
Finish the rune setup before chasing the rarest passive. A complete guaranteed layer of the build gives immediate value while you work on the chance-based pieces.
Spec passive and power
Fortune Chosen is the best spec passive for a maximum-luck setup. Luck Five is a useful alternative while you are still rerolling. Do not remove a strong working passive until you have enough resources to continue rolling safely.
For the power slot, Colossus or Apex can complete the build depending on what your character already has. Pick the option that keeps the farming setup effective while the dedicated luck pieces handle the drop bonus.
Race and clan
Luckborn is the strongest dedicated luck race. Kitsune is another strong choice if you want a more flexible setup. For the clan slot, Eminence is the best target for the complete luck build.
Race and clan rerolls can consume a large amount of resources, so finish the cheaper guaranteed upgrades first. That way the build is already useful even if the final rare roll takes time.
Ascension and title
Ascension Ten is the final ascension target. Celestial Favor completes the build with its fifty percent title buff. These are long-term progression pieces, so treat them as the finishing layer rather than the first requirement.
When every part is active, save the loadout and use it only for activities where drop chance matters. Switch back to a damage-focused loadout when clear speed provides more value than luck.
Maximum luck is best when your clear speed stays comfortable. If the full luck loadout makes a boss much slower, replace one piece until the farm is balanced again.
