How to Unlock Tomb of the Star

Materials to prepare

The quest is mainly a navigation and material check, so collect everything before moving between portals. Iron, Cursed Iron, and Heavenly Fragments come from raid crates. Cursed Flesh comes from the Cursed Remnant mini-boss and may also appear in a limited event exchange.

Complete the four red portal sacrifices

The portals can be completed in any order. Make sure each sacrifice registers before leaving the location.

• Portal one: mountain near Teleport Five — 1,000 Lumens, 10,000 Yen, and 1 Iron.
• Portal two: behind the small mountain on the right side of the map — 1,500 Lumens, 15,000 Yen, and 1 Cursed Iron.
• Portal three: near the Kashimo boss spawn — 3,000 Lumens, 30,000 Yen, and 1 Cursed Flesh.
• Portal four: hidden underwater in the corner of the lake — 100,000 Yen and 1 Heavenly Fragment.

Find the moved Lazy Sorcerer

After all four red portals are complete, take the next quest from the Lazy Sorcerer. The NPC has moved and is now on the mountain near the spawn area at coordinates -1601, 369, 993.

Close all ten blue gates

The next quest covers the map in fog and asks you to close ten blue gates. Use the complete gate map from the guide images and move through every marked location. The fog is intended to disorient you, so follow one consistent route and count each gate after it closes.

• Use the full gate map rather than searching randomly.
• Pause at every marker and confirm the gate has closed.
• If the quest remains incomplete, retrace the route and check the last few gates instead of restarting.

Enter Tomb of the Star and use its exchanges

After the tenth blue gate closes, the quest completes. Use the elevator near the Doctor NPC to enter Tomb of the Star.

The Vow Exchanger converts three Tier Three Attack or Sorcery Vows into one matching Tier Four Vow, and three XP Vows into one XP Vow Plus. The Infinity Token Exchanger trades tokens from Infinity Raid for Lumens and clans including Tengen, Toji, and Kenjaku.
