How to Unlock Reverse Cursed Technique and Infinity Aura in Jujutsu Zero

What the two new passives do

Reverse Cursed Technique, usually shortened to RCT, heals you over time while it is active. The healing is not free: keeping the passive active continuously drains your Cursed Energy.

Infinity Aura stuns and damages enemies in a radius around your character. It also benefits from Limitless damage amplification, making it especially useful for Limitless builds. Infinity Aura drains Cursed Energy while active as well, so watch your resource bar instead of leaving it enabled without a reason.

Unlock Reverse Cursed Technique first

RCT is the easier and earlier passive path. Reach level 500, then speak to the RCT Trainer at -342, 4, 272 to begin its one-time questline.

The first two quests are short collection steps. Follow the quest marker, find the requested item, and return to continue. The supplied update transcript does not identify the two item names, so use the current in-game quest text and marker rather than searching for an older item name.

Defeat the Base Damage boss

The third RCT quest asks you to defeat a special Base Damage boss. This boss takes only Base Damage and deals damage based on a percentage of your HP.

Use a strong Cursed Technique so you can keep dealing reliable Base Damage, and add a useful ailment if your build supports one. Raw survivability alone will not completely neutralize percentage-based attacks, so avoid unnecessary hits and keep attacking consistently.

Completing the final RCT Trainer quest gives one guaranteed Reversal. This is the most reliable first Reversal and the reason players should finish the RCT route before farming the later miniboss.

Exchange the materials for RCT

Finishing the questline gives the key material, but it does not automatically unlock the passive. Visit the Passive Ability Exchange NPC at -789, 109, 1383 and trade:

This unlocks Reverse Cursed Technique. Test its healing and Cursed Energy consumption before relying on it in a difficult raid.

Start the Infinity Aura questline

Infinity Aura is the later-game route. You must be at least level 1,500 and must have completed the RCT Trainer questline before the Infinity Trainer at 1482, 768, 185 will let you begin.

The first Infinity Trainer quest requires 1,000 points. Use a Cursed Technique with strong area damage so you can clear groups efficiently. Limitless is a practical choice because its area attacks can make the point grind faster, but any strong area-damage technique can work.

The second quest is another marked collection step. Follow the current quest marker to find the requested item; the supplied transcript does not give its exact name.

Farm Reversal from the final miniboss

The third Infinity Trainer quest sends you to a final miniboss. This miniboss is the repeatable Reversal farm and has a 5% chance to drop the material.

Unlike the guaranteed Reversal from the RCT questline, this drop can take many attempts. A 5% chance does not guarantee one drop every 20 kills, so plan for variance and use a build that can defeat the miniboss consistently rather than relying on one lucky run.

Infinity Aura requires three Reversals at the exchange. Count any Reversals already in your inventory before farming so you stop when the recipe is complete.

Exchange the materials for Infinity Aura

Once you have finished the Infinity Trainer route and collected the required materials, return to the Passive Ability Exchange NPC at -789, 109, 1383. Infinity Aura costs:

Which passive should you unlock first?

Unlock Reverse Cursed Technique first. It has the lower level requirement, its questline gives one guaranteed Reversal, and completing that questline is mandatory before Infinity Aura can be started.

After that, prioritize Infinity Aura if you use Limitless or want its area stun and damage. Players who mainly need healing can use RCT while gradually farming the three Reversals and other expensive Infinity Aura materials.

Common mistakes

• Trying to start the Infinity Trainer questline before completing the RCT questline.
• Expecting the RCT quest reward to unlock the passive automatically instead of using the exchange NPC.
• Assuming a 5% Reversal chance guarantees a drop after a fixed number of kills.
• Bringing a narrow single-target setup to the 1,000-point Infinity quest.
• Confusing Extra Limitless with the normal equipped Limitless technique.
• Leaving either passive active while ignoring its Cursed Energy drain.
• Using outdated item names instead of following the current collection-quest markers.
