VIDEO GUIDE
QUICK ROUTE
Do it in this order
What Update 1 adds
The official Anime Expeditions account calls the live release Warrior Saga, while its earlier teaser calls it Update 1.0. The game title on Roblox also displays Warrior Saga. Those official sources confirm the update is live, but they do not publish a complete text changelog. The detailed feature list below therefore uses the Ashira RBX source transcript and marks volatile values for an in-game check.
Update 1 is built around three connected progression routes: East Town and its units, Tower and its seasonal rewards, and expanded Expeditions. Start limited and time-gated objectives first; permanent story and farming content can wait.
New units and upgrade paths
The source identifies six headline units:
Do not treat the four banner units as interchangeable. Bio Insect (Final Form) and Carrot (Unleashed) are specifically required by the Prodigy quest described in the source, so players pursuing that Secret should prioritize those two before using resources on the full roster.
- Prodigy, a Secret obtained through the East Town questline, with an upgrade called Prodigy (Rage).
- Cubert, a limited Exclusive tied to Tower milestones.
- Bio Insect, which evolves into Bio Insect (Final Form).
- Carrot, which evolves into Carrot (Unleashed).
- The Drink, which evolves into The Drink (Juice Box).
- Vegetable, which evolves into Vegetable (Prince).
East Town and the Prodigy route
East Town adds story acts, Infinite, Mastery, and two quest NPCs. Clear the story first because the Prodigy route checks East Town completion and a difficulty 3 boss node. The Prodigy NPC is described as being left of spawn near the basketball court on East Town maps.
The complete eight-objective route and preset-trial strategy belong in the dedicated Prodigy guide. The efficient overlap is simple: keep evolved Bio Insect and Carrot in the same team while clearing other objectives so both 150-wave counters progress together.

Tower and Traitless Tower
Normal Tower keeps unit traits active. Traitless Tower disables their bonuses and has separate floor and milestone progress. For the quickest Cubert route, begin in normal Tower with your strongest team and change only the units countered by a failed floor.
Every floor can change its map, enemy modifiers, and damage multipliers. Read those values after a loss: a multiplier above 1 boosts the listed damage type, while a value below 1 reduces it. Floor 50 is the Cubert target stated by the source transcript. Treat the season end and leaderboard reward table as volatile until checked in the live Tower menu.
West City Expeditions and Encounters
West City expands Expeditions with another building material and more base upgrades. The source also introduces Encounters as a node type and a Payload skin system. Route selection matters: if you need Mechanical Scrap for Prodigy, favor paths showing the relevant material reward rather than automatically choosing the shortest path.
The limited event M.A.S.T.R.R: Beyond Pain asks players to clear the first Boss node under a restricted ruleset with no Money units and no Stat Anvils, Tomes, Research Tree, or repairing. The panel also lists All Skulls among the rules, displays Ends Update 3, and identifies the first achievement reward as the exclusive Prodigy (Manga) skin.
Autoplay and presets
Autoplay can place units automatically and exposes general settings plus per-slot behavior. Build a preset for one known map, then watch a complete run before relying on it. Confirm that farm units are placed early, support coverage is sensible, upgrades occur in the intended order, and active skills are not wasted before a boss.
Presets reduce repetition; they do not adapt intelligently to every Tower resistance or modifier. Use them for repeatable farms, not as a substitute for checking failed floors.

Events and daily priorities
Update 1 introduces Dragon's Wish, Boss Bounty, Guess That Unit, and the limited M.A.S.T.R.R: Beyond Pain challenge according to the source and owner-provided live evidence.
Dragon's Wish uses sequential Wish Orbs and promises a restricted Unbound reward plus the Fierce Dragon mount after all seven. Previously released orbs can be completed later while the event remains available. Boss Bounty provides randomized bosses, difficulties, resistances, and modifiers, with a gold reroll option described in the transcript. Guess That Unit is a repeatable minigame with normal and hard difficulties. M.A.S.T.R.R: Beyond Pain removes several normal progression advantages and rewards its first achievement with Prodigy (Manga).
Check live reset timers before planning a route. The source says these activities grant event coins and resources, but exact pools and reroll costs are not documented by the public official sources reviewed.
Equipment and cosmetics
The source lists six new equipment pieces and several skins, mounts, emotes, and an accessory. Names captured from narration may contain transcription errors, so the final publication should use an inventory-screen capture as the spelling authority. Do not spend Equipment Rerolls or Locks based only on a narrated name; read the live tooltip first.

Important warnings and common mistakes
- Start sequential event quests immediately; a later orb may remain locked behind its timer.
- Do not assume normal Tower and Traitless Tower share progress.
- Do not use one unchanged team against every Tower floor after the resistances begin countering it.
- Do not trust speech-to-text code spellings or cosmetic names.
- Do not spend scarce equipment resources until the live tooltip confirms the effect.
- Do not describe the update as officially documented by Ashira RBX; this is an independent guide.
