QUICK ROUTE
Do it in this order
What to do first after the update
The Evolution and QOL update adds four endgame Evolution nodes, an Apotheosis questline starting at level 6,000, Divine Grade from level 10,000, new converters, clan trading, and a major Crate Rain refresh. Investigations now give twice their previous Cursed Crystal rewards across all difficulties.
Redeem QOLYAY, check the converters, compare Investigation rewards with your usual raid, and review your build for the new Vanity bonuses. At level 6,000, begin the Shadow God quest route; later steps unlock at levels 7,000, 8,000, and 10,000.
- Redeem QOLYAY before it expires.
- Check the Shadow Essence, Awakening XP, and Special Shop converters.
- Compare full Investigation and Gamemode Raid runs for Crystals per minute.
- At level 6,000, begin the Shadow God Evolution quests.
- Save Divine Shards and Enhanced Scrolls for the new nodes.
Divine Shards and Divine Essence are different materials. The new nodes consume Divine Shards; Detachment also requires 5 Divine Essences.
All four new Evolution nodes
Epitome, Paragon, and Zenith each have a listed one-time upgrade cost. Apotheosis has seven levels, with its listed cost paid for each level. SP means skill points; bonus abbreviations follow the supplied update guide.
- Epitome: +250% ATK, +125 flat ATK, and +30% Critical Rate. Cost: 1 Shadow Weave, 5 Enhanced Scrolls, 3 Divine Shards, 5,000 Cursed Crystals, 2,500 SP, and 25,000,000 Yen.
- Paragon: +250% HP, +5 Air Jumps, and +3 Stamina Charge. Cost: 1 Divine Flame, 5 Enhanced Scrolls, 3 Divine Shards, 5,000 Cursed Crystals, 2,500 SP, and 25,000,000 Yen.
- Zenith: +10% SCD, +250% Critical Damage, and +15% Cooldown Reduction. Cost: 1 Soul Weave, 5 Enhanced Scrolls, 3 Divine Shards, 5,000 Cursed Crystals, 2,500 SP, and 25,000,000 Yen.
- Apotheosis: +1.5% DMGAMP, +1.5% CTAMP_ALL, and +1.5% WPNAMP_ALL per level, across 7 levels. Each level costs 1 Divine Core, 1 Divine Shard, 1 Enhanced Scroll, 2,500 Cursed Crystals, 750 SP, and 7,500,000 Yen.
Total materials to max the new nodes
Adding the three single upgrades and all seven Apotheosis levels gives the following total. These are calculated node costs, excluding separate quest hand-ins.
The questline awards 6 Divine Shards in total. If all six go toward the nodes, you need 10 more. The detailed update guide lists Divine Shards in Infinite Crates at 2.5%; this is a drop chance, not a guaranteed crate count.
- 16 Divine Shards
- 22 Enhanced Scrolls
- 32,500 Cursed Crystals
- 12,750 SP
- 127,500,000 Yen
- 1 Shadow Weave, 1 Divine Flame, 1 Soul Weave, and 7 Divine Cores
Detachment separately costs 15,000 Cursed Crystals. Completing it and buying every new node costs 47,500 Cursed Crystals in total, before other spending.
Shadow God quests: levels 6,000 and 8,000
The Shadow God provides Shadow Weave and Soul Weave for the new Evolution nodes, plus the Attack and Sorcery Vow upgrades. Each quest has its own level requirement.
- Shadow Incarnations — level 6,000: defeat Shadow Incarnations. Reward: 1 Divine Shard and 1 Shadow Weave.
- Detachment — level 8,000: hand in 15,000 Cursed Crystals, 5 Limitless Awakening Shards, 5 Divine Essences, 5 Star Awakening Shards, and 10 Domain Fragments. Reward: 1 Divine Shard and 1 Soul Weave.
- Attack Vow VI — level 6,000: exchange 3 Attack Vow V for 1 Attack Vow VI.
- Sorcery Vow VI — level 8,000: exchange 3 Sorcery Vow V for 1 Sorcery Vow VI.
Reserve 5 Divine Essences for Detachment. Divine Shards do not replace them.
Light God quests: levels 7,000 and 10,000
The Light God route provides Divine Flame and all seven Divine Cores needed for Apotheosis, along with the Defense and XP Vow upgrades.
- Divine Flame — level 7,000: fetch the Divine Flame. Reward: 1 Divine Shard and 1 Divine Flame.
- Apotheosis — level 10,000: defeat the Light God. Reward: 3 Divine Shards and 7 Divine Cores.
- Defense Vow VI — level 7,000: exchange 3 Defense Vow V for 1 Defense Vow VI.
- XP Vow +++ — level 10,000: exchange 3 XP Vow ++ for 1 XP Vow +++.
Divine Grade is a separate new grade tier available from level 10,000. The announcement does not give its full promotion-material list.
Converters, clan tokens, and returning clans
Converter NPCs replace the Cursed Dust Exchanger, Vow Exchanger, and Supply Exchanger. New converters trade Shikigami Tags for Shadow Essence, convert one type of Awakening XP into another, and provide Special Shop options. Check the displayed ratio before converting; exact prices and XP ratios were not supplied.
Clan Tokens can be exchanged to obtain their clan, and clans are now tradable. Awakened Gojo Clan joins an exceedingly rare AFK pool, Crate Rains, and Special Shop exchange options. Other previously limited clans also return through exchanges and rain pools.
- Cursed Dust, Vow, and Supply exchangers now use the converter system.
- Trade Shikigami Tags for Shadow Essence.
- Convert Awakening XP between types.
- Check the Special Shop for Gojo Awakened and other returning clans.
- Awakened Gojo Clan also joins exceedingly rare AFK and Crate Rain pools.
- Clans can now be traded.
The announcement spells one returning clan Amani; existing Ashira content uses Amanai. Check the live item label. No new clan stats or exact token odds were supplied.
Vanity bonuses and Water Prison
Vanity options provide buffs comparable to limited skins without copying their appearance. The announcement does not specify stacking rules with other skins or bonuses.
Water Prison has been added to the Ailment II NPC. Players who still own Bubble materials from the Summer event can apply the ailment again. This confirms a use for owned Bubbles, not a new Bubble farming source.
- Ten Shadows: +22.5% damage
- Yuta: +18.5% Damage AMP
- Awakened Blood Manipulation: +32.5% damage
- Awakened Star Rage: +30% damage
- Awakened Limitless: +15% damage
- Water Prison: apply through Ailment II using owned Summer Bubble materials.
The update does not confirm that Water Prison now activates with Sukuna’s Mark. That interaction remains separate from the new application option.
Domains and Flash Step
Every Domain Expansion can now be cancelled whenever you choose. Casting a domain no longer locks other players in place, and its casting cutscene no longer appears for those players.
Flash Step now works in safe zones and can be disabled through settings. Awakened Limitless Flash Step applies only while focused.
- Domain cancelling applies to all Domain Expansions.
- Other players are no longer frozen by a domain cast or shown its cutscene.
- Flash Step works in safe zones.
- Awakened Limitless Flash Step requires focus.
- A setting can disable Flash Step.
Crate Rain rewards and the conflicting level brackets
Crate Rain rewards now scale with player level. Higher reward pools can include Summer Blade, General’s Crest, the Limitless collectable, skin tokens, and returning clans such as Awakened Gojo, Amani/Amanai, and Sugawara. A rare Divine Crate is also introduced, with spawning more likely at higher levels.
The supplied notices disagree on level brackets. The main announcement says 0–3,500, 3,500–7,000, and 7,000+. The detailed guide says 0–3,000, 3,000–10,000, and 10,000+. Until the live reward preview settles this, neither set is confirmed here.
Attending more live events increases event luck. Rains last longer, with longer intervals between crate drops, extended despawn time, more accessible spawns, and an on-screen crate count. Repeated server hopping can no longer be used to claim rain rewards again and again.
- Rewards improve with the current level-based pool.
- Summer Blade and several formerly limited rewards return through rain pools.
- Live-event attendance increases event luck.
- Divine Crate spawn odds increase at higher levels.
- Rain indicators show the number of dropping crates.
- Server hopping no longer resets repeated rain collection.
“Up to 100×” describes an odds boost, not an absolute drop chance or a guaranteed Divine Crate. Exact live level brackets remain unconfirmed.
Cursed Crystal farming and trading limits
Investigations received a 2× overall Cursed Crystal reward buff on every difficulty. The announcement describes the resulting rewards as comparable to or greater than Gamemode Raids. Older advice that raids are always the best active Crystal farm needs to be retested.
Compare complete runs, including loading, travel, objectives, and restarting, to find the best Crystals per minute for your build.
- Investigations: 2× previous Cursed Crystal rewards across all difficulties.
- Cursed Crystal trade cap: 5,000 → 15,000.
- Most crate trade caps: 50 → 2,500, with exceptions.
- Clan trading is now available.
The announcement compares reward amounts. The fastest farm per minute still depends on clear time and difficulty.
Crates, progression, private servers, and mobile QOL
Max Open opens as many owned crates as possible up to 2,500 at once. Gear storage rises from 400 to 750, and crate-opening performance has been optimized with much shorter delays. Private servers are now free.
Progression gains Guidebook Page 10, Gojo Estate quests for levels 4,000–4,500, and Jujutsu Trials Chamber 13. The detailed notes call the new challenge the Gojo Trial; completing the challenge awards a badge.
- Max Open: up to 2,500 crates in one batch.
- Gear holding limit: 750.
- Private servers: free.
- Guidebook Page 10 and Gojo Estate level 4,000–4,500 quests added.
- Jujutsu Trials Chamber 13 / Gojo Trial added, with a completion badge.
- Mobile damage indicators scale properly.
- Mobile combo bar is disabled by default and can be enabled in settings.
- Legacy Gears menu can be selected in settings.

- INFINITEVOID — removed / expired.
- INFINITY++ — removed / expired.
Source and review notes
This guide combines the QOL announcement and detailed Evolution + QOL guide supplied by Ashira on September 14, 2026. Material totals are calculated from the listed node costs. The detailed notes use “Update 32”; this page uses the update name because earlier content also used that number for Infinite Void.
Exact Crate Rain thresholds, converter ratios, shop prices, NPC coordinates, clan-token odds, Vanity stacking rules, and full Divine Grade promotion requirements are not established by the supplied notes. Use the live prompt for those details.
- Source received and reviewed: September 14, 2026.
- Confirmed numerical node and quest requirements are listed above.
- Conflicting rain thresholds are displayed explicitly.
